Big progress happening in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz! The second floor concrete pour is officially underway!
The aerial shot shows the massive scope of this project – rebar grids stretching across the entire footprint with the concrete pump hard at work. It’s exciting to see the structure rising level by level.
This mixed-use development will bring a modern new public library and much-needed affordable housing to our downtown community.
