Felton Library Friends
Welcome!
Welcome to Felton Library Friends, a volunteer team dedicated to enriching the Felton Library and Discovery Park. This unique combination of library and park offers an exceptional integration of indoor/outdoor learning, connection and enjoyment. We support and fund enhancements, events, and programs for the library and park.
Through advocacy, fundraising, and collaboration with Santa Cruz Public Libraries and County Parks, we help ensure that these vital resources foster a love for learning and nature.

Discovery Park
This unique County park is planted exclusively with natives, and promotes environmental literacy through features such as the model of the SLV watershed and environmental interpretive signs.
The library also emphasizes environmental literacy through features such as the Dondero environmental collection, the seed library, and the children’s area microscope. Explorer bags providing outdoor experiences in the park can be checked out in the library.
