Bylaws
Nonprofit bylaws are a legally binding, foundational document serving as an organization’s internal operating manual. They establish rules for governance, including board structure, meeting procedures, voting, and officer roles. Bylaws ensure accountability, compliance with state laws, and structure the management of the nonprofit.
The original Friends Bylaws were rewritten, restated and approved by the Board in 2026. If you wish to request a copy of the Friends’ Bylaws, you may do so here.
